It has been already implemented. There are two ways.
One way is to creata a list of photometry stars in the Astrometrica
Other(ASCII) format by hand. The PIXY System 2 can read it. But note
that the LONEOS Photometry File at:
http://ftp.lowell.edu/pub/bas/starcats/loneos.phot
is also supported, so you do not need to convert it.
