Bright new comet Kudo-Fujikawa passes over a Mira variable SV Her on
Jan. 3.
It also passes by V1413 Aql on Jan. 9.
2003 Jan. 3 13h UT 0.045 deg ( 2.7 arcmin)
C/2002 X5 ( Kudo-Fujikawa ) 18h26m.3 +25o04' 6.0 mag
SV Her (M) 18h26m.4 +25o02' 9.1-15.1 mag
2003 Jan. 9 13h UT 0.198 deg ( 11.9 arcmin)
C/2002 X5 ( Kudo-Fujikawa ) 19h03m.1 +16o20' 5.3 mag
V1413 Aql (ZAND+E) 19h03m.8 +16o26' 10.6-15.1 mag
