   Theoretically it is possible.  However, there are several difficulties.
First, we can't collect (extract) all observations, because of inhomogenous
reporting formats and incomplete corrections.  I have done this process
maunually, but have given up collecting all observations.  I also discard
some apparently incorrect observations or very likely typographical errors,
but many of them have not been addressed by the observers themselves.
So there is no exact answer "how many observations did the observer XXX
make".  The second reason is that some observers use multiple observer's
codes.  This also makes such statistics difficult to achieve.
If some volunteer is going to make these statistics, we would be very
happy to create a necessary list (vsnet-champion? ;-), but if I am requested
to make these statistics, it's an impossible task for me.

   For those interested, I made a similar list on WZ Sge visual observers
(since the start of 2001, up to Oct. 8).  Some of CCD observations reported
to VSNET lists have not been included.
