For those of you out there watching the UGSU object V420 And, take care on
the evening of 21st/22nd October.
According to Guide 7.0 at 0h UT the asteroid 704 Interamnia (magnitude
10.0) will stand 4.4 arc minutes NW of the variable.
The asteroid is moving quite swiftly and I can see the sudden presence of
a mag 10 intruder into the field of a mag ~15 cataclysmic causing a few
heart stopping moments for the unwary! :)
