I don't know whether you have noticed it but there is a problem with
the chronology:
Sept. 24.790 UT (18h58m UT): Eddy observes DO Dra
Sept. 24.792 UT (19h00m UT): I observe DO Dra
Sept. 24.802 UT (19h15m UT): Eddy posts [vsnet-obs 36033] (Obs. 230901)
Sept. 24.814 UT (19h32m UT): I post [vsnet-alert 6691] etc (DO Dra ...)
Sept. 24.822 UT (19h43m UT): Eddy posts [vsnet-alert 6692] (DO Dra ...)
