I Have used Astroart, USNO A2 catalog and the following stars:
USNOA2 195544.494 +072056.22 9.57/0.41
USNOA2 195526.938 +071822.86 9.24/0.41
USNOA2 195536.139 +07153564 9.85/0.41
USNOA2 195552.570 +071456.62 10.58/0.41
The accurate position and magnitude of the centroid of the star is
19 55 29.296
+07 24 58.69
m1~10.085/0.45
very close to this postion there are the stars
USNOA2 195529.626 +072453.75 12.10/0.41
USNOA2 195524.074 +072507.36 15.80/0.25
USNOA2 195530.451 +072446.94 17.30/0.25
