I'm glad to know that Espin-Birmingham 365 finally has a better name!
It really is a remarkable carbon star.

...but with a B-V ~5 (!), vagaries in the color-response among visual
observers might. Folks will have to apply "Otero methods" to reduce
the scatter in observations for this star.
