Thus, its d(RA) \sim 0s.038/yr, and d(DE) \sim 0".246/yr.
d(RA*cos(DE)) \sim 0".43/yr, so total mu \sim 0".495. The NLTT seems
to underestimate, and Giclas seems to overestimate.
