I find the surroundings of USNO-A2.0 star 1125-04226923 at
06 35 50.85 +26 53 21.4 (2000) consistent with the low resolution chart
by Meinunger (1936). (Rather than the brightest candidate in IBVS 5083.)
I think KN Gem may be anywhere within 30" from this position.
I blinked the images from USNO Flagstaff pixel server.
One very faint candidate seems to show proper motion, though
not distinct. It locates only a few arcsec south
from the above star, and east from USNO-A2.0 star 1125-04226701 .
