Oh!

The CDS Acronym for this catalogue is KW97 , yet as the Vizier link Brian
gave shows, the online documentation uses HBH... ...maybe the Vizier and
SIMBAD folk don't talk to each other?

See: http://vizier.u-strasbg.fr/cgi-bin/Dic?/2826969

CDS often updates/revises online readme documentation for catalogues, so
it's not that the authors say one thing and the CDS daren't comment.

Trouble is the CDS can only _suggest_ and be consultative liaison on
nomenclature, they have no direct remit [I believe], and until some IAU
commission puts them in charge of being the last word on naming [I don't
see who else fits the bill, and it seems within their main remit], the
dictionary is nice, but not binding.

Phrased backwards, if you go to the CDS looking for HBH objects you find
Handbury Brown's radio sources, with no clue whatsoever with respect to the
Hamburg-Bergedorf Halpha emission catalogue.

Cheers

John
