Taichi,

The best way to excluding chat like this is sent to vsnet-outburst
massage like 'possible outburst of...'. There's few numbers of raports
like 'possible sightings' sent to vsnet and then unconfirmed by others.
Let's explain human eye is not the best detector and sometimes make
'ghost-visions' but VSNET was create (right?) to verify this.
