Good day all:
I was revising a list I compiled with some southern
possible eclipsing binaries discovered by Hipparcos ( You know the list,
Fraser...) and decided to start analysing Hipparcos data for the stars with
no published period in order to plan some observations.
My question is: has someone ever studied these stars?
Or is there anything published about them? My ADS query ended up with
nothing but there are lots of papers that may be not included there.
The southern bright stars I'm interested in are:
V353 Hydrae - HIP 69211
KV Canis Majoris - HIP 32856
WZ Volantis - HIP42841
V362 Puppis - HIP 34659
V366 Puppis - HIP 35607
If periods have already been determined for any of these, I could focuse in
others.
Thanks for your information and help.
Best wishes,
Sebastian Otero, (OSE)
LIADA.
