[vsnet-chat 3757] NSV4721 - NSV/GCVS Cross Identification

Thanks to Massimiliano for his NSV/GCVS cross indentification lists.
(vsnet-id 294 and 302)

However, NSV4721 Vel does not appear to be in these lists.  Is this correct
or have I overlooked it?

I am currently drafting material for the VSS RASNZ on 8 years observation
of NSV4721 (BV1410 = GCSS 650 = GSC 8182-00076) and would be interested to
know if it already has a GCVS designation.  This star is a red variable of
3 magnitude range in the visual but shows both variable period and
amplitude in what appears to be a long period cyclic fashion.
