Thanks Brian for the corrections he sent.
For photometrists, a good pair of stars for the job would be:

HD 76653    V= 5.705   B-V= 0.48
HD 76805    V= 4.685   B-V= -0.13

And this is another visual observation at maximum:

VELdelta    20001106.1715   1.95   OSE

PS: Don't forget to check the star on the night of November 12 in order to
rule out the 27.1 day period!
