So the range is confirmed: at B-V= 2.1, Vt is 0.24 mag. away from V, so the
light curve shows a range between 6.9 and 7.5, in good agreement with my visual
observations and PEP(V) from the ground.
I'm still wondering about the 2.91 day (???) period...
Looking at the light curve there seems to be a longer cycle superimpossed
so the amplitude is probably larger.
A good one for us!!!!
Thanks, John as usual...
Best wishes,
Sebastian.

is a 1.6kb giffed plot of HD 95687 Tycho VT photometry from
epoch
photometry annex A where stuff with backgrounds over 16 has been
slung, and
the rest unceremoniously forced into daily means. Y axis
VT, X axis M(B)JD.
Nicely sliced
Sebastian.
