[vsnet-chat 3352] Photometry file update

     I have updated my large photometry reference file to include recent data
supplied by Arne Henden and Kevin Krisciunas plus a few other items gleaned
from the literature, and copied it out to the Lowell ftp area:

http://ftp.lowell.edu/pub/bas/starcats/loneos.phot.gz   (600Kb)
http://ftp.lowell.edu/pub/bas/starcats/loneos.phot      (2.1Mb)
http://ftp.lowell.edu/pub/bas/starcats/loneos.ref       (111Kb)

...for the gzip-compressed and flat ASCII versions of the file, and the biblio
reference list, respectively.  The list contains BVRI photometry for about
31,500 stars total.
