   I don't think it necessary to add constellation name to supernovae
names (and objects in other catalogs, such as NGC 4151, MKN 421 etc.)
Supernovae researchers will not always be familiar with constellation
to which host galaxies belong.  The present arrangement of supernovae
in constellation subdirectories would make it difficult to search for the
data on some particular supernova.  I also wish supernova names only with
its galaxy name to be replaced by current supernova names.
