Yes, indeed, at least FQ Mon and V651 Oph are very good CV candidates.
These stars are very likely positively detected by the ROSAT satellite.
FQ Mon :
071641.5 -065652 (2000.0) 1RXS-F_J071641.6-065653 0.015 1.00 -0.30
V651 Oph:
183841.4 +092233 (2000.0) 1RXS-F_J183841.5+092234 0.021 1.00 0.58
I have been surprized to find FQ Mon, since this object was selected
by me as a "non-Mira" candidate at the time of the release of the IRAS PSC.
The object was proposed to the VSOLJ program for further study, but no
one apparently observed it, and I have completely forgotten about that.
