Please note almost every new variable star (TmzV, HadV etc.) known to
me has been given identifications with Stephenson's carbon stars or S stars
when announced in vsnet-newvar (or formerly in vsnet-obs). These catalogs
are given designations with CS and GCSS in my identification lists.
For TASS new variable stars, the following [vsnet-newvar 97] might be
useful for such a reference.
