The Tycho-2 color (B-V=0.65) and the Pena b-y (1.00) are quite
_inconsistent_, since the b-y corresponds to B-V ~1.6. I suggest that
they have measured the slightly brighter red star ~3' NW, whose Tycho-2
B-V is consistent with their b-y. You wouldn't expect an RCB star to be
so red when bright but instead roughly solar color. The star NW is
probably a garden-variety early-M giant (and presumably it is not V915).
