Hello:
I am interesting in measure the magnitud of a star that is in a
photographic plate of Digitized Sky Survey. This plate belongs to
POSS-II (in then web of DSS indicate "POSS-II Red Plate") Survey. I use
the stars of USNO-A2.0 catalogue (the red magnitud). My question : Is
correct use the red magnitud of the stars in the USNO-A2.0 for
photometry on POSS-II plates?
Greets.
