Dear vsnetters,
For my and other vsnetters convenience, I need help
on the identities of these two:
CT Boo:
Catalogued as NL: 17.0 - 18.7:B
Yet the position yields a mag 13 object. I had it 13.0 last night,
but I feel uncomfortable if this is the true variable.
CV: in Cas
As I recall this was introduced in vsnet some time ago
as a possible cv (Apparently it is in the center of a nebula).
I have lost all data but coordinates:
02 47 41 +61 58 33.2
This is actually a double. Coordinates match better the
fainter (western) component. (Which I observed at mag 15)
For the time being, I need a designation for monitoring it.
(I'll keep an eye on the brighter component as well)
Regards,
Timo Kinnunen
