Is 'V2361' a variable star number in the LMC?

Probably a dwarf nova

I don't remember any 1990 eruption/outburst of V999 Sgr, and I think the only
eruption took place in 1910.

HV Vir = NSV 6201 = Nova Vir 1929. The first ever visually observed outburst
(and the second known outburst at that time) of this SU UMa-type dwarf nova
was detected by me on 1992 Apr. 20.928 UT (cf. IAUC 5502).

Up to now there has been recorded only one (certain) recurrent nova eruption
during this decade (in our galaxy) - and I wouldn't mind if this eruption
remained the only one :-)

He (and everyone else) has still 1 year and 4 months of this decade (and this
millenium) remaining!
