[vsnet-chat 1950] nofs ftp site down

We are having an electrical power switchover
from above-ground cables to buried cables, in preparation
for a new office addition here at the Observatory. This
switchover means that the anonymous ftp site will
be off the air from now until 0100 UT Sunday (at least!).
Likewise, email will be most likely rejected
from 1200 UT Saturday until 0100 UT Sunday. Sorry
for any inconvenience!
