While browsing in the "PZP", I came upon a photoelectric sequence for the symbiotic star HM Sge by Noskova et al. This is apparently the sequence adopted by the BAA (AAVSO chart not posted). Below I give accurate positions and IDs for the stars. The work was done with a 60cm telescope, and the authors claim errors of +/-0.02 mag. for stars brighter than mag. 13, and 0.04 mag. for fainter stars. The U-B values are rather noisier (+/-0.06 mag.), and at least some of these appear to be inconsistent with the B-V (specifically too blue) even considering the reddening in the region. Are observers using some other sequence for this star? \Brian ============================ source: 1979PZP.....3..755N NOSKOVA R.I., SAVELJEVA M.V., ARHIPOVA V.P., GORANSKIJ V.P., and DOKUCHAEVA O.D.
