Luyten's variables discovered at Harvard turn out to be still marked
on the original plates, and yes, indeed, some of the published
positions are wrong. I do not have the time at the moment to pursue
the case of GM Sgr, but will try to do this in a month or so. I have
located already some of Luyten's "lost" variables (see the paper by
Hazen & Samus in IBVS No. 4665). Are there any other of Luyten's
Harvard variables in desperate need of recovery?
