Dear colleagues, I wish I was wrong but I think that CCD software developed by SBIG - called CCDOPS (operating soft for ST cameras) have Y2K (year 2000) problem. If you look into a header of the images the date is written in a mm/dd/yy format (well, not sure if it is not as dd/mm/yy but it doesn't matter). Year is written in two bytes. It means that all automatic reduction softwares will have bug if they will add a constant 1900 to a year value during conversion to JD. Right now I'm making the correction also to MuniDOS so please check the web page with this aperture photometry package for updates. Maybe good topic for VSNET discusion about softwares which could have Y2K problems too.
