The Tycho data on this star consist of a close pair:
095530.0 -575714 (2000.0) 938E 0.83 TYC8606.795.1 (0.03 0.04)
095530.2 -575716 (2000.0) 939E 0.71 TYC8606.795.2 (0.03 0.04)
(The flag "E" means a possible large error).
I tend to prefer Skiff's interpretation, but don't know why some
measurements are magnitudes fainter than the either component.
