[vsnet-chat 1492] sequences, yet again

I've updated the photometry for FS And and DH Aql that appears on my ftp site.
While comparing with Misselt, I noticed that (B-V) was discrepant on FS And,
and I traced this back to a non-photometric observation on 980125. A third
observation of DH Aql was made during November, and the .dat file reflects
that added photometry.
