Dear Colleagues, Upon request by Patrick Schmeer, Arne Henden obtained a sequence for Var61 Her. The recent outburst revealed that VSNET sequence is in short of comparisons from 13 to 14.5 mag. Thus I selected the following stars from Henden's sequence. The letters in the first column are according to my identifications from BAA.VSS chart. Also a close double in the field is included. Note that star 14.24 ('C' in BAA.VSS chart) is apparently a compact galaxy which I could not identify. The last two columns indicate position relative to the variable. separation Name RA(J2000) DEC(J2000) V B-V RA(s) DEC(') 271.385958 31.725133 12.525 0.609 -14.4 3.2 B 271.386695 31.656090 13.076 0.592 -14.2 -0.9 271.533780 31.667317 13.400 1.238 21.1 -0.3 271.357507 31.609255 13.790 0.788 -21.2 -3.7 271.517895 31.634882 13.848 0.475 17.3 -2.2 271.524035 31.650810 14.318 0.609 18.8 -1.25 D 271.486095 31.642893 14.546 0.541 9.7 -1.73 E 271.393428 31.659275 14.817 0.725 -12.6 -0.74 271.396705 31.645598 14.914 0.667 -11.8 -1.57 F 271.388647 31.614175 15.076 0.722 -13.7 -3.45 G 271.424415 31.642480 15.356 0.637 - 5.1 -1.75 SE comp 271.458017 31.640215 15.622 0.663 2.9 -1.89 H 271.428198 31.663467 15.875 0.755 - 4.2 -0.49 NW comp 271.455860 31.641360 16.092 0.681 2.4 -1.82 J 271.445005 31.662278 16.434 0.671 - 0.2 -0.56 K 271.401777 31.662418 16.928 0.959 -10.6 -0.56 L 271.473900 31.683277 17.061 0.760 6.7 0.70 Regards, Timo Kinnunen
