[vsnet-chat 1441] vsnet-obs?

Dear Dr. Kato, Dear VSNET Folks,

It seems, now the vsnet-obs is getting to be too big. We receive more than
80 messages from you to this list. would it be possibke to split this list
to 2 parts? One for the observation reports - this could remain the
vsnet-obs, and the other other  could ba called vsnet-recent eith your
summaries on the interesting issues of variables you compile regularly
(like SS Cyg recent, AC Her deep minimum, etc.) The The LPV report also
should post on the vsnet-recent list. 

Some observers don't have time to read all reports from the oservers, but
your compiled "recent" report can help a lot withouot subscribing the
vsnet-obs...

In this way, selectind we could reduce the amount our mailings....
