I have done the same procedure for the new helium dwarf nova in Draco
(SN1998di). This field is less crowded. The result has given a much
better agreement, showing a good relationship down to mag 19, although
still some stars are detected systematically brighter in USNO. (Please
note, however, the CCD measurement was unfiltered).
This finding may be verified using the recently issued chart
(vsnet-chart 67) based on Schwartz's CCD image.
