Dear Timo,
To my knowledge, when you add a third companion nearby a CV system, it
becomes unstable. Thus, it can be placed only at much larger distances
from the binary system (when the gravitational forces of the two act like
those of a single star). As you wrote, I don't think that such a triplet
has been detected so far.
