Dear colleagues,
in vsnet-chat was question from Taichi Kato about GRB's. In our country a
few people works on GRB's observations and interpretations. They are in
Ondrejov astronomical Institue. Some of them are in vsnet mailing lists.
So I hope that for. ex. Tomas Rezek could write us somethink about this
phenomena. I think that he wrote somethink for magazine "The Astronomer"
so maybe he will send the article to this list too. What about it Tomas?
Somethink about gamma ray astronomy could be found on web page of GAMA and
of course many articles in Sky & Telescope and other amateur/professional
magazines.
I think that last idea about GRB's is that they are form far away, maybe
quasars so active galactic nuclei. Very new are observations made by SAX
team and HST. But about this phenomena could write somethink more Tomas.
Have a nice day
Rudolf
P.S. People from SAX would be very happy if they'll find some observers
with CCD to observe small error boxes (in arcminutes) to find optical
transients of GRB's. If you are interested please contact dr. Rene Hudec
or Tomas Rezek from Ondrejov to get more informations. Addres is:

PP.S. dr. Hudec wrote me that it should be interesting to observe CVs
which are active in gamma ray to find some coincidences. So?
