[vsnet-chat 299] RY Ser: neglected dwarf nova

While looking over the recent observational records, I have noticed the
dwarf nova RY Ser has been largely neglected -- we have received only one
observation in 1994. The list of outbursts according to Chernenko:

      JD mag notes
 -----------------------------------------------
   2442212 14.40 17.24 on 42216
     42539 14.14 duration >7 days
     42593 14.40 duration >8 days
     43009 14.52 single plate
     43697 14.52 duration >4 days
     44436 14.85 duration >2 days

   The object is located at 17h 23m 06s.7 -12o 48' 07" (J2000.0), about
4' north to the Mira star RX Ser. Worth a watch?
