[vsnet-campaign-dn 3954] RE: V1316 Cyg outburst? -- needs confirmation

Dear all,

A set of unfiltered CCD images obtained around 18h45m UT on Sep 21, 2003 at
CBA Belgium Observatory, using a 0.35-m f/6.3 telescope, did not reveal
V1316 Cyg in outburst. No object was visible down to about mag 17 on V1316
Cyg's location.
