NSV 09923 superhump period update (and V1141 Aql) Dear Colleagues, Berto Monard has sent us the third night observation of NSV 09923. The superhumps are still clearly visible, but with slightly reduced amplitudes. From these observations, the best mean superhump period is determined to be 0.08253(5) d. Since we may have witnessed the rapid evolutionary stage of the superhumps, we can expect a further period change during the course of the superoutburst. Please keep observing as long as you can! For northern and equatorial observers, V1141 Aql seems to be undergoing a superoutburst (a separate announcement will be posted later). Please turn your telescope to this still poorly known SU UMa-type dwarf nova. Regards, Taichi Kato VSNET Collaboration team
