V589 Her: not in outburst
Dear Colleagues,
The Kyoto team (observers: Uemura-san and Ishioka-san) obtained a set
of V589 Her photometry last night. The object was *not* positively
detected, most likely indicating that the object was not in outburst
at all. No need for further observation unless there is another outburst
detection.
