V660 Her outburst: no prominent superhumps? Dear Collagues, Further analysis of the Kyoto data of V660 Her last night has not shown prominent superhumps (more than 0.1 mag). The object did not show a rapid fading. The possibilities include (1) the outburst was caught during the early stage of a superoutburst when superhumps have not yet developed, (2) the current outburst may be a normal outburst observed near maximum, or (3) the superhump amplitude is currently temporarily decreased. In either cases, we absolutely need further observations! If the first one is the case, we must have recorded the important stage. Further analysis is ongoing.
