V551 Sgr: analysis of Apr. 27 data Dear Colleagus, We have partly analyzed the V551 Sgr observations on Apr. 27, taken by Tanabe-san (VSNET Okayama Station), and Okayama U. Sci. team members. The data clearly show V551 Sgr in outburst, but an analysis of the initial 0.04 d segment did not reveal the presence of superhump-like modulations larger than 0.1 mag. We will further continue the analysis as well as the Kyoto observations.
