V2527 Oph: data from Berto Monard Dear Colleagues, We have received from Berto Monard a long (about 6 hr) run on May 4-5. The object was rather monotonously fading during this observation. The mean fading rate was 0.70 mag/d, which is not characteristic of those of SU UMa-type normal outbursts, although there remains a possibility of the effect of a nearby companion. No period modulations larger than 0.1 mag were observed. The current outburst of V2527 Oph was atypical, especially if it finally turns out to be a normal outburst, in the it recorded the brightest magnitude, probably surpassing those of "claimed" superoutburst(s) in the past. Since there is no solid publication on this type classification, we probably need to re-examine the classification of this star. Regards, Taichi Kato VSNET Collaboration team
