DM Dra: superoutburst with fully grown superhumps

Dear Colleagues,

   We have received from Maehara-san a successful run of DM Dra.  The data
clearly indicate the presence of 0.3-mag superhumps.  The present outburst
is thus confirmed to be a superoutburst!   We have also received a successful
report from Torii-san (RIKEN).
