GZ Cnc: new data (oscillations, slowly rising!)
Dear Colleagues,
We have received new sets of GZ Cnc data from Tonny Vanmunster and
Arto Oksanen. As already reported, the started to show a slow linear
rising trend. During this rising stage, quasi-periodic (nearly coherent)
modulations with periods of ~30 min have become clear! The 0.8 mag dip
(JD ++2671.57) mentioned by Tonny Vanmunster is not apparent in Nyrola
photometry. Although this timing corresponds to a minimum of the ~30 min
oscillation, the dip-type signal may have been spurious.
Regards,
Taichi Kato
