CU Vel observations: further reports Dear Colleagues, We have received new data of CU Vel from Peter Nelson (2 nights), Greg Bolt and Bernard Heathcote. All the observations are sufficiently high quality. A preliminary look at the data shows clear persistence of superhumps. We will be able to inform the updated result after full analysis. Since the object is still acrive and vigrously superhumping, please continue observing as long as you can, and as long as the current superoutburst continues! If the entire superoutburst is adquately covered with observation, we hope we can even determine the superhump period change (for the first time) in this object!
