I have done it with Kyoto images taken on Dec. 12. The mean position of 9 measurements is (error is the mean error): 21h36m04s.268 +/- 0s.020, +40o26'19".63 +/- 0".26 The quiesient conterpart is a blue USNO-A2.0 star at: 21h36m04s.222, +40o26'19".36 rmag=16.4 bmag=16.6 , which is in good agreement with above measurement.
