I have done it with Kyoto images taken on Dec. 12. The mean
position of 9 measurements is (error is the mean error):

21h36m04s.268 +/- 0s.020, +40o26'19".63 +/- 0".26

The quiesient conterpart is a blue USNO-A2.0 star at:

21h36m04s.222, +40o26'19".36 rmag=16.4 bmag=16.6

, which is in good agreement with above measurement. It is clearly
detected on DSS 1 or 2 (every emulsion).

Sincerely Yours,
