   From our observation of IY UMa on October 13 at Kyoto, 
we determined the mean (Rc) magnitude is 16.75 +/- 0.16 (mean UT = 13.6715). 
The rapid decline phase is continueing. 
The observations for possible late superhumps are encouraged.
