Steve,

I put the Simonsen chart and marked the location to the best of my
recollection here:

The aavso charts do not go faint enough to use for this purpose. Please
note that so far the observations after 12UT have been negative down to
around V=16 or 17, so if in fact this was a GRB, its likely gonna be in
the realm of the big scopes by now. :((
