There is positively something there. And I would say your estimate 14.6V is
spot on.

My best rough position is (2000) 23 40 03 +12 36 45.
This seems to be south of your position.
I was not able to observe it long enough to notice motion, as dawn is
breaking here.
I didn't notice it when I made my observation of HX Peg in outburst around 3
hours ago.
