LQ Peg in faint state:
CCD imaging of LQ Peg taken with the Braeside 0.4m telescope in Flagstaff,
Arizona, show this cataclysmic variable has entered a new faint state. From
images taken taken on 2003 July 24.15, the estimated magnitude is V=17 or
fainter. Bad weather on the following night prevented follow up observations.
Additional photometric and spectroscopic observations are encouraged. The
last recorded fading of this VY Scl type variable occurred in 1999.
