Dear colleagues,
The first outburst since the discovery of RX Vol was reported
to VSNET. Follow-up obsevations are encouraged! The only one
reference (Munari & Zwitter 1998, A&AS, 128, 277) picked by
the ADS except for the DS catalog gives a quiescence V magnitude
below 22 (the amplitude over 7 mag!?), while the finding chart
given in the Downes catalog living edition show a faint object.
